It was all go last month as the Mid and East Antrim Borough Council took to OOH to showcase the picturesque tourist attractions and coastline. A range of OOH formats were used including Roadside 6 Sheets, Adshel Live, and a fantastic Mega Wrap with sound.
Speaking about the campaign, Michael Dunne, Account Director at AV Browne said:
“The aim of Mid and East Antrim’s ‘Shaped by Sea and Stone’ campaign is to introduce the area to the wider NI audience, encouraging potential visitors to venture outside of Belfast and ‘Be Awestruck’ by Slemish Mountain, ‘Be Fascinated’ by Carrickfergus Castle or ‘Be Curious’ at The Gobbins Cliff Path Walk. Right in the heart of the city, in Belfast’s Great Victoria Street, we created a special-build Adshel wrap, which played sounds of waves crashing and birds singing, to transport commuters to a more northerly destination, immersing them in the sights and sounds of Mid and East Antrim. As part of a wider outdoor campaign, which also included Adshel Live activity in the Greater Belfast area, the Adshel Wrap was perfect for creating an impact and positioning Mid & East Antrim as the ideal visitor destination”.
