Who we are looking for…
We are seeking a Marketing & Research Executive to join our team.
As a Marketing & Research Executive, you will be responsible for delivering on our business strategy that supports growth through effective marketing communications, developing research-led campaign strategies, campaign effectiveness evaluation and client engagement.
Developing excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and media partners will be central to your role, ensuring that internal processes and procedures are implemented throughout.
The role involves-
- Responsibility for the marketing, communications and research functions within the company.
- Employing research and insights to support client campaign strategies.
- Managing commissioned quantitative and qualitative research projects to deliver audience insights and campaign effectiveness reports.
- Producing high-quality presentations (MS PowerPoint) for a range of topics and events.
- Delivering content for, and evaluating performance of, online communications via website, social media, press releases, etc.
- Creating and delivering client engagement initiatives.
- Developing strong relationships with clients, colleagues and media partners.
Essential Requirements
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of one year experience in a marketing or related role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Creativity: For idea development, strategies and visual communications.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: For data analysis, understanding the market and providing insights to support effective campaign plans.
- Collaboration: To work closely with the client service team and support effectively.
- Software Proficiency: Using MS Office desktop software, particularly MS PowerPoint and Excel. Additionally, online CMS platforms for website and social media.
- Presentation skills: Creating and delivering presentations, to internal and external stakeholders.
- Project management: Oversee multiple projects and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail: Accurate representation of market information and insights garnered from research data.
- Curiosity: A desire to constantly learn and experiment with new tactics to differentiate and stay ahead within a competitive marketplace.
Desirable criteria
- Experience working with Adobe inDesign.
Full training on company software systems will be provided.
